These weekly, “Feel Great Without Working Hard” lessons are all about finding ever greater embodiment through self-sensing. In slow, gentle, guided movement explorations, you’ll improve all of your functional movement abilities.
Lessons take place virtually, — usually on a mat, sometimes in a chair, or in standing, and they connect you to effortless, pleasurable, and powerful self-use as you TRULY ALIGN with gravity!
The lessons can improve athletic performance, and are very beneficial for seniors and chronic pain sufferers. Anyone who’s experienced trauma in their lives will find a safe and deeply nurturing way back into their bodies in this class. You won't be working hard, you’ll be working smart, and at your own pace as you come to truly like yourself more and more!
