These weekly, Feel Great Without Working Hard classes are all about finding ever greater ease and skill through new movement patterns. Through slow, relaxed, guided movement explorations, you’ll improve ALL of your functional movement abilities.
Lessons take place virtually, — usually on a mat, sometimes in a chair, or in standing, and they connect you to an effortless and powerful self-use as you TRULY ALIGN with gravity!
The lessons can improve your athletic performance, and are especially beneficial for seniors and chronic pain sufferers. Anyone who’s experienced trauma in their lives [that’s most people!] will find a safe and deeply nurturing way back into their bodies. in this class. You won't be working hard, you’ll be working smart, -and at your own pace, as you come to truly like yourself more and more!
*For those wishing to dive deeper into Self-Improvement, or those who have an immediate need for pain relief, I offer clothed Bodywork treatments that utilize Feldenkrais Functional integration, Somatic therapy, and Shiatsu massage at a rate of $130 per hour. Having widespread osteoarthritis myself, I specialize in remediating arthritic conditions!
